We are in Houston for my husband’s cancer treatment, and Central Cadillac is the closest dealer. I went online at 10:50 AM and scheduled an oil change for 11:30 AM same day. I explained I needed to get to the Hospital by 1:30 PM. They change my oil, put on new wiper blades, and washed it and I was out of there by 1:13 PM. Darren is an experienced, professional and caring salesman. He is always in tune to what I am needing in my the next Cadillac experience. Darren highlighted and explained the XT5’s advantages such as the panoramic rear view mirror, parking assist, etc. He also prioritized how the vehicle will look and run during highway driving. Darren was so kind, patient and courteous while working with my 83 year old aunt. He showed her everything on the car several times, helped her in and out, drove her, test drove with her, delivered the car etc etc etc …. I cannot say enough good things about Darren. Mr. Alvester was my service advisor. He kept in contact with me and was very clear in what was being done to my car. You can tell he is good guy and a real professional. Way back in April GM plant was all out of the Garnate Metallic. Mr. Darren Robinson went above and beyond to get me the CT4 I wanted. He kept me posted every shipment his dealership received until the color finally came in Sept. and we closed on the car. Jenny Mendez followed through with everything?s promised! I do not like car dealerships nor do I like dealing with car salesman. From beginning to end what Jenny promised is precisely what happened. Just purchased a CTS on Saturday and the entire process was very fast. Ask for Ty as he was honest and catered to all my request. I spoke to him over the phone and basically went in the next morning and he had picked out the perfect car to my likings and budget. I was only there for about maybe 2 hours and drove off with the best deal ever. Ty drove my husband and I around in car for a test drive and was very thorough in explaining all the features.
